The Heart Chakra Tree
The heart chakra represents the element of air and is associated with the fourth energy centre located at the heart behind the breastbone (sternum) and thymus gland. The gland was known to the Ancient Greeks as heart, soul, desire, and life. Helen Morris (medical psychic) was the first person to tell me about the importance of this gland in relation to my energetic blockages and weaknesses in the glandular system. The thymus tends to shrink in size after puberty but it also processes a type of white blood cell known as a T-lymphocyte that governs cellular immunity.
Traditionally the colour green and the secondary colour of rose pink are connected with the heart energy. These colours have a soothing and relaxing effect on the body. The vibrations of green and rose colours help heal the heart.
